It was my parent's 50th wedding Anniversary last year. My mom let all the grand-daughter's try on her dress. It's such a beautiful dress. Aubrey took this picture of Emma wearing the dress. She was so excited to put it on. She definitely felt like a princess.
Well that time of year is here again. School got out today. Ahaha. No, it really is ok. I love to have my kids around but I do miss the routine that goes along with school. I am looking forward to having a fun, busy summer. The little boys started baseball and that keeps us busy. I really can't image how it will be without lots of kids and teenagers running around the house. I also love having the kids invite their friends over. I wouldn't have it any other way. I'm glad they want to be at our house.
These are my two daughters. This is at Cole's blessing. I am so grateful for them. They are not just my daughters they are my friends. Ashlee is such a great mother. She sacrifices so much for Emma and Cole. I know she loves them and loves being a mom. Aubrey works hard and does well at all the activities she is involved in. I love them so much. How lucky I am to have two wonderful daughters in my life.
I just wanted to talk a little bit about these four wonderful boys. Two of them are my sons and the other two are my nephews. They are such great examples of sacrifice. They are devoting 2 years of their life to the service of the Lord. Cam hasn't left yet but is anxiously awaiting his turn to go. I have been watching them as they have grown up and they have been really looking forward to their missions. Watching them grow and seeing how Jake has grown by serving has been wonderful to see. I love them so much. We are blessed as a family for their service.
